Evaton has a reasonably well developed social infrastructure network. Evaton has 16 primary schools and 5 secondary schools; 4 health clinics, 2 libraries and 1 community centre, 1 police station and 1 emergency service.

A number of sport and recreation facilities are also available even though some of them are in a very bad state. This leg will not be prioritized in this three year period unless where such amenities are made part of the economic nodes.
